Trigger points are hypersensitive spots in a palpably tense bundle of muscle fibers, which can cause pain during movement and even at rest.

Dry needling is particularly efficient because it penetrates directly into the trigger point, resulting in rapid, targeted muscle relaxation. The elicited twitch response helps to release hardened areas in the muscle, improve blood flow, and activate a local healing response. This reduces pain, improves mobility, and accelerates the healing process—often with immediately noticeable results.

Area of application:

Muscle/soft tissue pain

Adhesions of the muscles/fascia

Muscle tension

Muscle tension or strains
